⟣ I do not offer refunds as my items are digital items - please make sure that you are commissioning the correct design before committing⟣ I will not copy from other XIV makeups or sculpts⟣ do not resell or repost the finished product in any way⟣ private edits are OK⟣ payment via ko-fi (in euro €) with 50% of the price once the first WiP has been approved (the secret code is: unhinged door) and the rest once the product has been finished⟣ revisions are free of charge before the delivery of the product, however any changes requested after are subject to extra charge (excluding fixes if I have made a mistake)
makeup - 30€
⟣ makeup will include a .png and .dds base file and an edited normal map to ensure vibrant colours on dark skintones; along with an edited mask map for glitter and gloss
⟣ turnaround time: ~1-2 days
eye specular - 15€
⟣ eye specular will be sent as a .DDS and .png file
⟣ turnaround time: ~1 day
custom sculpt - +100€
⟣ please note that custom sculpts are made from scratch, I currently do NOT offer sculpt edits
⟣ custom sculpts will never be released publicly unless the client requests to have it released
-⟣ custom sculpts will include - custom eyelashes/eyebrows with dyeable options, two face makeup options with a custom sculpted normal map, mask for adjusting sheen/gloss, and an eye texture
⟣ the finished product will be packed into a .pmp file along with all the loose files and a weightless .pmp for commission work
⟣ weights will be adjusted to work with vanilla emotes
⟣ additional toggles might be priced extra depending on complexity (simple toggles such as miqo'te earflaps, au ra horns, moles, etc are free)
⟣ removing any part of the sculpt package will change the price accordingly
⟣ turnaround time: ~1.5 - 2 weeks

Q: help! my miqo'te doesn't have earflaps/my au ra has a bunch of different horns/etc!A: please check your toggles (known as "other features" in game) in glamourer or at the aesthetician (crystal bell)
Q: why does my au ra sculpt have a neck seam?A: please ensure that your face 1 is matching the type of textures you are using (matching scales for scaled, scaleless for no scales) as the neck connector pulls textures from face 1
